How to prepare for your steam cleaning appointment?

 1. Remove Small Items
Please remove toys, shoes, pet bowls, small furniture, and fragile items from the areas being cleaned.

2. Vacuum (Optional but Helpful)
Pre vacuuming helps remove loose debris before hot water extraction, our deep cleaning packages include this.

3. Move Light Furniture
We can carefully move light furniture like chairs and small tables. For larger items (beds, dressers, entertainment centers), please move them ahead of time if you’d like underneath cleaned.

4. Secure Pets
For safety and efficiency, please keep pets secured in a separate area, the door does have to remain slightly cracked open for the hoses to come in.

5. Point Out Problem Areas
Let me know about stains, high-traffic areas, odors or any concerns so we can treat them properly.

6. Water Access for Cleaning Equipment
We typically use powerful truck-mounted steam cleaning equipment and will need access to an outdoor water spigot to connect a hose.

If outdoor water access is not available, we can use a professional portable unit as an alternative. Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

 1. Remove Breakables if Furniture Is Being Moved
If you would like us to move shelves, small cabinets, or other furniture to clean underneath, please remove any fragile or valuable items from those pieces beforehand. This includes decorations, glass items, electronics, and personal belongings. We want to prevent accidental damage and ensure everything stays safe.

2. Clear the Floor Area
Remove rugs, small furniture, pet bowls, and other loose items from the tile areas if you want underneath cleaned.

3. About moving furniture 

We are happy to carefully slide and reposition small, lightweight furniture such as chairs and small tables.

However, large or heavy items such as TV stands, large dining tables, china cabinets, or entertainment centers may require an additional charge to move. If you would like these areas cleaned underneath, please move those items prior to our arrival or let us know in advance.

 4. Point Out Areas of Concern
Please let us know about any heavily soiled areas, stained grout lines, cracked grout, loose tiles, or areas with buildup that need extra attention. This helps us properly assess and treat the problem areas.
